THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Ordinance No. 18/1999/PL-UBTVQH10 on commodity quality dated December 24, 1999;

Pursuant to Decree No. 179/2004/NĐ-CP dated October 21, 2004 of the Government stipulating state management of product and commodity quality;

Pursuant to Decision No. 03/2006/QĐ-BKHCN dated January 10, 2006 of the Minister of Science and Technology on the issuance of "regulations on the announcement of product and commodity quality standards";

At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department, the Director of the Legal Affairs Department.

DECISION:

Article 1: Attached to this Decision are "regulations on the announcement of product and commodity quality standards for special goods in the agriculture sector".

Article 2: This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3: The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Directors of the Science and Technology Department, the Crop Cultivation Service, the Livestock Service, the Forestry Service, the Plant Protection Service, the Animal Health Service, the Processing of Agricultural and Forest Products and Salt Industry Service, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development under central cities and heads of relevant units, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
