Regarding the issuance of the Code of Conduct for civil servants working in local administrative machinery

THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to the Anti-Corruption Law dated November 29, 2005;

Pursuant to the Civil Servant Ordinance dated February 26, 1998, the Ordinance amending and supplementing certain articles of the Civil Servant Ordinance dated April 28, 2000, and the Ordinance amending and supplementing certain articles of the Civil Servant Ordinance dated April 29, 2003;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 45/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 9, 2003 on the functions, tasks, powers, and structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Civil Servant and Public Official Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. The Code of Conduct for civil servants working in local administrative machinery is hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of provinces and centrally governed cities is responsible for organizing the implementation of this Decision./.
