Pursuant to Decree No. 91/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

Article 1. The technical regulations for the creation of seabed topography maps at a scale of 1:50,000 are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
