DECISION

THE MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES
On the basis of the Fisheries Law 2003;
Based on the Veterinary Ordinance 2004;
On the basis of Decree No. 33/2005/ND-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance;
On the basis of Decree No. 43/2003/ND-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources;
At the proposal of the Director of the Bureau of Quality Management, Food Safety, and Aquatic Animal Health;
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision are the "Regulations on Registration for Circulation of Aquatic Animal Health Drugs and Products for Treatment and Environmental Improvement in Aquaculture."
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette, superseding the provisions on registration for circulation of aquatic animal health drugs stipulated in the Aquatic Animal Health Drug Management Regulations issued pursuant to Decision No. 03/2002/QD-BTS dated January 23, 2002 of the Minister of Aquatic Resources.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office; the Inspector General of the Ministry; the Heads of the Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry of Aquatic Resources; the Directors of Provincial Fisheries Services and Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development with jurisdiction over fisheries; organizations and individuals involved in the registration for circulation of aquatic animal health drugs; products for treatment and environmental improvement in aquaculture are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
