RESOLUTION
ISSUING THE ACTION PROGRAM OF THE GOVERNMENT FOR THE 2007-2011 TERM

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
BASED ON THE RESOLUTION OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY AT ITS FIRST SESSION, TWELFTH NATIONAL ASSEMBLY TERM;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT.
RESOLUTION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS RESOLUTION IS THE ACTION PROGRAM OF THE GOVERNMENT FOR THE 2007-2011 TERM.
Article 2. THIS RESOLUTION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, CHAIRMEN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS RESOLUTION.
