Pursuant to Decree No. 116/2003/ND-CP dated October 10, 2003 of the Government on the recruitment, utilization, and management of cadres and civil servants in state-owned public institutions, and Decree No. 121/2006/ND-CP dated October 23, 2006 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 116/2003/ND-CP;
Pursuant to Circular No. 2128/BNV-CCVC dated July 25, 2007 of the Ministry of Home Affairs regarding comments on the draft Regulation on the evaluation of scientific and technological specialized civil servants;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Regulation on the evaluation of scientific and technological specialized civil servants is hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Minister, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, ministerial departments, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision.
