Issuing the Political Subject Curriculum for Vocational Secondary Schools and Vocational College Programs
THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 01/2007/QD-BLDTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on issuing the framework curriculum for vocational secondary education and vocational college education;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision hereby promulgates the Political Subject Curriculum for Vocational Secondary Schools and Vocational Colleges to be taught during the vocational secondary and vocational college education programs.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 1135/2003/QD-BLDTBXH dated September 11, 2003 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on issuing the Political Subject Curriculum for long-term vocational training schools and classes.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the central government, Director of the Ministry's Office, General Directors of the Vocational Training General Department, Principals of vocational colleges, Principals of vocational secondary schools, Principals of specialized secondary schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to provide vocational secondary and vocational college education, Heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
