REGARDING THE ABOLITION OF DECISION NO. 17/2007/QD-BNN ON CONDITIONS FOR INCUBATING EGGS AND RAISING AQUATIC ANIMALS ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 86/2003/ND-CP OF JULY 18, 2003 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 135/2003/ND-CP OF NOVEMBER 14, 2003 ON INSPECTION AND HANDLING OF LEGAL REGULATORY DOCUMENTS;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE LIVESTOCK SERVICE AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT;
DECISION:
Article 1. ABOLISH DECISION NO. 17/2007/QD-BNN OF FEBRUARY 27, 2007 OF THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ON THE ISSUE OF "REGULATIONS ON CONDITIONS FOR INCUBATING EGGS AND RAISING AQUATIC ANIMALS".
Article 2. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTORS OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT AND THE LIVESTOCK SERVICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE ANIMAL HEALTH SERVICE, THE HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY, THE DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES IN PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND THE HEADS OF UNITS, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED TO THIS DECISION SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION./.
