THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS

Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 17, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 117/2003/NĐ-CP OF OCTOBER 10, 2003 ON RECRUITMENT, USE AND MANAGEMENT OF OFFICIALS AND CIVIL SERVANTS IN STATE ORGANIZATIONS AND THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 09/2007/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 15, 2007 AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING SOME ARTICLES OF GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 117/2003/NĐ-CP;

PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT IN LETTER NO. 4479/BKH-TCTK OF JUNE 23, 2008 AND LETTER NO. 7017/BKH-TCKT OF SEPTEMBER 26, 2008 REGARDING THE ISSUE OF BUSINESS STANDARDS FOR STATISTICAL CIVIL SERVANTS;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Civil Servant and Public Official Department;

DECISION:

Article 1. Issuing job titles, code numbers, and professional standards for statistical civil servant ranks (attached to this Decision), including:

1. 2. Senior Statistician                                       - Code 23.262

3. 5. Intermediate statistician                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

Article 2. Tiêu chuẩn nghiệp vụ các ngạch công chức ngành thống kê là căn cứ để thực hiện việc tuyển dụng, sử dụng và quản lý đội ngũ công chức ngành thống kê.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 4. The Minister, head of ministries equivalent to ministerial level, heads of government agencies, Chairmen of provincial People's Committees directly under the central government are responsible for implementing this decision.
