Pursuant to Decree No. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 187/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 25, 2007 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS;
Pursuant to Decision No. 337/2005/QĐ-TTg dated December 19, 2005 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of model operational regulations for Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
At the proposal of the Director of the Ministry's Office and the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Operational Regulations of the Ministry of Information and Communications are hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede any previous provisions that conflict with these regulations.
Article 3. The Minister, Deputy Ministers, Director of the Ministry's Office, Heads of Departments, civil servants, and employees of agencies and units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
