DECISION OF THE MINISTER
MINISTRY OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
On the classification of national relics
At the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department.
Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Considering the Circular No. 256/TTr-UBND dated December 5, 2007 of the People's Committee of Ha Giang Province and the relic dossier;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage,
DECISION:
Article 1. National Relic Classification:
ARCHAEOLOGICAL RELIC
NAM DINH ANCIENT BEACH (XIN MAN)
NAM DINH COMMUNE, XIN MAN DISTRICT, HA GIANG PROVINCE
The protected area of the relic is determined according to the Minutes and map of the relic protection areas in the dossier.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified under Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the relics within their functions and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Giang Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ha Giang Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
