Issuing regulations on the content to be reflected in drawings and descriptions for Planning Tasks and Planning Projects in Construction

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2008/NĐ-CP dated February 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

Pursuant to Decree No. 08/2005/NĐ-CP dated January 24, 2005 of the Government on construction planning;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning, the Department of Urban Infrastructure, and the Director of the Institute of Urban and Rural Planning.

DECISION:

Article 1. Attached hereto are the "Regulations on the Content to be Reflected in Drawings in Planning Tasks and Planning Projects in Construction" and the "Regulations on the Content of Descriptions in Planning Tasks and Planning Projects in Construction."

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The above Regulations replace "Appendix No. 1" and "Appendix No. 2" issued together with Circular No. 15/2005/TT-BXD dated August 19, 2005 of the Ministry of Construction on "Guidelines for Preparing, Reviewing, and Approving Construction Planning."

Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Heads of Government Agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees at all levels, and Heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
