Amending and supplementing some Articles of Circular No. 08/2013/TT-BXD
dated May 17, 2013 on Guidelines for certain contents regarding the establishment and management of investment construction costs
for the Lai Chau Hydropower Project

BASED ON Decree No. 62/2013/ND-CP dated June 25, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Implementing Decision No. 188/QĐ-TTg dated January 29, 2011 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of management mechanisms and implementation of the Lai Chau Hydropower Project;
Implementing the guidance opinion of the Prime Minister in Document No. 2203/VPCP-KTN dated March 21, 2013 on the issuance of Circular guiding certain contents regarding the establishment and management of investment construction costs for the Lai Chau Hydropower Project;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Construction Economics, and the Director of the Institute of Construction Economics.
The Minister of Construction guides the amendment of some Clauses and Points of Circular No. 08/2013/TT-BXD dated May 17, 2013 on Guidelines for certain contents regarding the establishment and management of investment construction costs for the Lai Chau Hydropower Project as follows:
Article 1. Amending some Points of Circular No. 08/2013/TT-BXD on Guidelines for certain contents regarding the establishment and management of investment construction costs for the Lai Chau Hydropower Project
1. Repeal Clause 2.6 (Costs for waste disposal and wastewater treatment for temporary housing at the construction site) Section 2 Part II of Circular No. 08/2013/TT-BXD dated May 17, 2013 on Guidelines for certain contents regarding the establishment and management of investment construction costs for the Lai Chau Hydropower Project.
2. Replace Appendix No. 2 on the Comprehensive Budget Table (including night work costs for the Lai Chau Hydropower Project) issued together with Circular No. 08/2013/TT-BXD dated May 17, 2013 of the Ministry of Construction on Guidelines for certain contents regarding the establishment and management of investment construction costs for the Lai Chau Hydropower Project with the Appendix on the Comprehensive Budget Table (including night work costs for the Lai Chau Hydropower Project) issued together with this Circular.
Article 2. Implementation
This Circular takes effect from May 20, 2015 and applies to the Lai Chau Hydropower Project. Completed project components and works that have been settled will not apply this Circular. In the course of implementation, if there are difficulties, please reflect them to the Ministry of Construction for research and resolution.
