CIRCULAR
on National Technical Regulations for Light Rescue Rafts in National Reserve

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations No. 68/2006/QH11 dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Law on National Reserves No. 22/2012/QH13 dated November 20, 2012;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 94/2013/NĐ-CP dated August 21, 2013 of the Government detailing implementation of the Law on National Reserves;
Pursuant to Decree No. 215/2013/NĐ-CP dated December 23, 2013 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director General of the National Reserve Administration;
The Minister of Finance promulgates this Circular on National Technical Regulations for Light Rescue Rafts in National Reserves.
Article 1. This Circular annexes National Technical Regulations for Light Rescue Rafts in National Reserves.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from July 20, 2017 and replaces Circular No. 59/2009/TT-BTC dated March 26, 2009 of the Minister of Finance promulgating National Technical Regulations on Light Rescue Rafts for State Reserves.
Article 3. The Director General of the National Reserve Administration, Heads of relevant agencies and organizations, and individuals involved in activities related to receipt (import/export), storage, and management of Light Rescue Rafts in National Reserves shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
During implementation, any issues or difficulties should be promptly reported to the Ministry of Finance for study and amendment.
