ISSUING TECHNICAL REGULATIONS QCVN 5-1:2017/BYT

FOR LIQUID DAIRY PRODUCTS

Pursuant to the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations dated June 29, 2006 and the Government Decree No. of August 1, 2007 detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations; Decision No. 127/2007/NĐ-CPPursuant to the Food Safety Law dated June 17, 2010 and the Government Decree No.

38/2012/NĐ-CPof April 25, 2012 detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Food Safety Law;The Minister of Health issues the National Technical Regulation QCVN 5-1:2017/BYT for liquid dairy products.;

Pursuant to Decree No.75/2017/ND-CPdated June 20, 2017, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

At the proposal of the Director of the Food Safety Administration;

This Circular promulgates the National Technical Regulation QCVN 5-1:2017/BYT for liquid dairy products.

Article 1. The National Technical Regulation QCVN 5-1:2010/BYT for liquid dairy products, issued together with Circular No. 30/2010/TT-BYT dated June 2, 2010 of the Minister of Health, shall cease to be effective from the date this Circular takes effect.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from March 1, 2018.

The Director of the Food Safety Agency, heads of units under the Ministry of Health, units directly under the Ministry of Health; directors of provincial health services under centrally governed cities and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.

Article 3. The Director of the Food Safety Administration, heads of units under the Ministry of Health, subordinate units of the Ministry of Health; directors of health departments of provinces and centrally governed cities, and relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
