Issuing the English Language Curriculum for Common Subjects in Vocational Training Programs at Intermediate and College Levels common in the intermediate and college level training programs

Pursuant to the Law on Vocational Education dated November 27, 2014;
Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2017/Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Department of Vocational Education;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Education Department;nh and Society issues a Circular promulgating the English Course Curriculum belonging to the categoryThe Minister of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular on the English Language Curriculum for Common Subjects in Vocational Training Programs at Intermediate and College Levels.
Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates the English Language Curriculum for Common Subjects in Vocational Training Programs at Intermediate and College Levels. This Circular does not apply to vocational training programs under the management of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from March 5, 2019. Educational institutions that are currently teaching English as a common subject in intermediate and college level curricula shall continue to implement their existing regulations until the completion of the current academic year.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, provincial people's committees, vocational educational institutions, higher education institutions with vocational training activities, and other relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
During the implementation process, any difficulties should be promptly reported to the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs for guidance or necessary amendments.
