CIRCULAR

Issuing National Technical Regulations on aquatic environment treatment productsaquaculture

­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Acts of Regulations dated June 22, 2015;

BASED ON THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to the Law on Product Quality and Goods dated November 21, 2007;

Pursuant to the Fisheries Law dated November 21, 2017;

Decree No. Decree No. 15/2017/ND-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Product Quality and Goods;

Pursuant to Decree No. 74/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Product Quality and Goods;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 26/2019/ND-CP dated March 8, 2019 of the Government detailing some provisions and measures for implementing the Fisheries Law;

Upon the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment and the General Director of the Fisheries General Department;

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgates the National Technical Regulation on aquatic environment treatment products.

Article 1. The National Technical Regulations on aquatic environment treatment products are hereby issued together with this Circular.

Part 2: Mineral mixture (mineral premix), vitamin mixture (vitamin premix).

Code: QCVN 02 - 32 - 2 : 2020/BNNPTNT.

Article 2. Effective Date

1. This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2020.

2. Domestic organizations and individuals producing mineral mixtures (mineral premix), vitamin mixtures (vitamin premix), and mineral-vitamin mixtures for aquatic environment treatment as prescribed in these Regulations shall implement conformity declaration procedures from January 1, 2021.

Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office; the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment; the General Director of the Fisheries General Department; the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry; the Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

During the implementation process, if there are difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study, amendment, and supplementation./.
