Repeal commodity codes for exported and imported drug substances as specified in Annex 1 issued together with Circular No. 48/2018/TT-BYT at the Annex attached to this Circular. Article 2. Provisions on application In cases where goods for export or import set out in the Annex attached to this Circular are used for medicinal purposes and as raw materials for medicines, they shall be implemented according to regulations of legal documents on drugs. Điều 2. Điều khoản áp dụng
Trường hợp hàng hóa xuất khẩu, nhập khẩu quy định tại Phụ lục ban hành kèm theo Thông tư này được sử dụng với mục đích làm thuốc và nguyên liệu làm thuốc thì thực hiện theo các quy định của văn bản quy phạm pháp luật về dược.
Article 3. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from the date of its issuance.
Article 4. Responsibility for Implementation
The Director of the Traditional Medicine Management Department, the Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Directors of other Departments and Bureaus, Heads of Units under the direct management or affiliated with the Ministry of Health, Directors of Provincial and Central City Health Services, Heads of medical facilities in the health sector, organizations, and individuals engaged in exporting and importing medicinal materials listed in the accompanying Circular are responsible for implementing this Circular.
During implementation, any difficulties or obstacles should be reported to the Ministry of Health (Traditional Medicine Management Department) for review and resolution./.
