Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 17, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 144/2006/QD-TTg dated June 20, 2006 of the Prime Minister on Applying the Quality Management System According to TCVN ISO 9001:2000 in the Operations of Administrative State Agencies;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decision No. 1319/QD-BNV dated October 9, 2008 of the Minister of Home Affairs on establishing the Steering Committee of the Ministry of Home Affairs for implementing and applying the quality management system according to TCVN ISO 9001:2000 during the period 2006-2010, as follows:
1. Amending and supplementing Article 1:
"Article 1. Establishing the Steering Committee for Implementing and Applying the Quality Management System According to TCVN ISO 9001:2000 in the Operations of the Ministry of Home Affairs during the Period 2006-2010 to assist the Minister in organizing and directing the implementation of assigned tasks in the process of building and applying the quality management system in the operations of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
The members of the Steering Committee include the following officials:

2. Amending and supplementing Article 4:
"Article 4The Chairmen of the Government Cryptographic Committee, the Chairman of the Central Commendation and Reward Committee, the Chairman of the Religious Affairs Committee, and the Director of the National Archives and Records Management Agency shall be responsible for establishing the Steering Committee for Implementing and Applying the Quality Management System According to TCVN 9001:2000 during the Period 2006-2010 in their respective agencies."
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Director of the Cadre Organization Department, the heads of subordinate agencies and units under the Ministry, and the officials named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision.
