DECISION
REGARDING THE ADOPTION AND TRANSFER OF THE AN GIANG LEATHER FACTORY TO THE VIETNAM LEATHER AND SHOES CORPORATION
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
BASED ON THE DECISION NO. 303/QĐ-UB-CN DATED JANUARY 13, 1999 OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF NGHE AN PROVINCE ON THE TRANSFER OF THE AN GIANG LEATHER FACTORY TO THE VIETNAM LEATHER AND SHOES CORPORATION - MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT OF THE VIETNAM LEATHER AND SHOES CORPORATION (PETITION NO. 667/CN-HĐQT DATED DECEMBER 5, 1998) AND THE HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION AND STAFF AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1. THE AN GIANG LEATHER FACTORY (BELONGING TO THE INDUSTRY DEPARTMENT OF NGHE AN PROVINCE - PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF NGHE AN PROVINCE) SHALL BE ADOPTED AS A SUBORDINATE UNIT OF THE VIETNAM LEATHER AND SHOES CORPORATION.
THE AN GIANG LEATHER FACTORY IS A SUBORDINATE ACCOUNTING UNIT OF THE VIETNAM LEATHER AND SHOES CORPORATION, WITH A BANK ACCOUNT AND A SEAL FOR TRANSACTION PURSUANT TO THE REGULATIONS OF THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM LEATHER AND SHOES CORPORATION.
Article 2. THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM LEATHER AND SHOES CORPORATION SHALL ORGANIZE THE ADOPTION OF THE AN GIANG LEATHER FACTORY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROCEDURES PRESCRIBED BY THE STATE.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Article 4. THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY’S INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE FUNCTIONAL DEPARTMENTS, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT, THE GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM LEATHER AND SHOES CORPORATION, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE AN GIANG LEATHER FACTORY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
