of Vang Danh Coal Company
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Pursuant to Circular No. 1189/CP-DMDN dated December 31, 2001 of the Prime Minister approving the restructuring plan for production of some member units of Vietnam Coal Joint Stock Corporation;
Based on the proposal of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Coal Joint Stock Corporation (Circular No. 2501/CV-HĐQT dated October 10, 2001) and the Director of the Organization and Cadres Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Transfer Uong Bi Mechanical Plant, an independent accounting unit of Vietnam Coal Joint Stock Corporation, to become a dependent accounting unit of Vang Danh Coal Company, an independent accounting unit of Vietnam Coal Joint Stock Corporation.
Article 2. The General Director of Vietnam Coal Joint Stock Corporation is responsible for organizing the transfer in accordance with current State regulations and the Charter of Vietnam Coal Joint Stock Corporation. The transfer figures shall be calculated as of December 31, 2001 and consolidated in the 2001 financial report of Vang Danh Coal Company.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous documents that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General, the Heads of Departments, the Heads of Bureaus, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the General Director of Vietnam Coal Joint Stock Corporation, the Director of Uong Bi Mechanical Plant, and the Director of Vang Danh Coal Company are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
