THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

Pursuant to Decree No. 22/CP dated May 22, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Environment (now the Ministry of Science and Technology);

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Quality of Goods dated December 24, 1999;

Pursuant to the proposal of the General Department of Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control,

DECISION:

Article 1. Abolish the following seven Vietnamese Standards:

1. TCVN 4536 - 88 Textile materials - Method for determining color fastness - General provisions.

2. TCVN 4537 - 88 Textile materials - Method for determining color fastness to soap washing.

3. TCVN 5232 - 90 Textile materials - Method for determining color fastness to dry cleaning.

4. TCVN 5074 - 90 Textile materials - Method for determining color fastness to water.

5. TCVN 5235 - 90 Textile materials - Method for determining color fastness to perspiration.

6. TCVN 4538 - 94 Textile materials - Method for determining color fastness - Color fastness to rubbing.

7. TCVN 5437: 1991 Ceramic tiles with glaze for interior wall cladding.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature./.
