Approving the proposal of the State President regarding the list of Vice Chairmen and Members of the National Defense and Security Council
NATIONAL ASSEMBLY OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Articles 84, 103, and 104 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the Tenth National Assembly, Session Ten, Article 81 of the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly, and Article 15 of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly Sessions;
Based on the minutes confirming the results of the vote of the National Assembly approving the proposal of the State President regarding the List of Vice Chairmen and Members of the National Defense and Security Council on August 8, 2002;
