REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE QUALITY CONTROL BOARD FOR "STANDARD TECHNICAL PROCEDURE FOR DETERMINING TOTAL LACTIC ACID BACTERIA IN FOOD"

THE MINISTER OF HEALTH

- Pursuant to Decree No. 49/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
- Pursuant to the Quality Goods Ordinance dated December 24, 1999;
- Pursuant to Decree No. 179/2004/NĐ-CP dated October 21, 2004 of the Government on state management of product and commodity quality;
- At the proposal of the Director of the Food Safety Agency, the Head of the Legal Department, and the Head of the Science and Training Department of the Ministry of Health.

Article 1. Establish the Quality Control Board for "Standard Technical Procedure for Determining Total Lactic Acid Bacteria in Food" consisting of the following individuals:

1. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Dip, Science and Training Department, Ministry of Health - Chairman of the Board;

2. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thi Oanh, Hanoi Medical University - Member, Reviewer I;

3. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Hong Hinh, Microbiology Department, Hanoi Medical University - Member, Reviewer II;

4. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Dang, Director of the Food Safety Agency, Ministry of Health - Member;

5. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Binh Minh, Head of the Bacteriology Department, Central Institute of Hygiene and Epidemiology, Ministry of Health - Member;

6. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Khanh Tram, Deputy Director of the Food Safety Agency, Ministry of Health - Member;

7. Dr. Pham Quoc Bao, Deputy Head of the Science and Training Department, Ministry of Health - Member;

8. Dr. Nguyen Thi Hien, Head of the Laboratory Department - Hanoi Preventive Health Center - Member;

9. Ms. Bui Thanh Nha, Head of the Food Microbiology Section, Standardization Metrology Quality Control Center I - Member.

Article 2. The Board shall be responsible for reviewing the "Standard Technical Procedure for Determining Total Lactic Acid Bacteria in Food" and reporting to the Minister of Health.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The Board will dissolve itself upon completion of its mission.

Article 4. The Directors of the Office, Heads of the Departments: Science and Training, Legal - Ministry of Health; Director of the Food Safety Agency - Ministry of Health, Heads of related units, and those named in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
