ISSUING REGULATIONS ON TRAFFIC SAFETY MEASURES DURING CONSTRUCTION WORK WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF ROADSIDE LAND

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION
BASED ON THE ROAD TRAFFIC LAW dated June 29, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 186/2004/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2005 of the Government on MANAGEMENT AND PROTECTION OF ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE;
AT THE SUGGESTION OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION AND THE HEADS OF THE TRANSPORT DEPARTMENTS;
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued together with this Decision "REGULATIONS ON TRAFFIC SAFETY MEASURES DURING CONSTRUCTION WORK WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF ROADSIDE LAND".
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE AND SHALL ABROGATE ANY PRIOR REGULATIONS CONTRADICTORY TO THIS DECISION.
Article 3. THE HEADS OF THE OFFICE, THE HEADS OF THE INSPECTION BUREAU, THE HEADS OF THE DEPARTMENTS, THE DIRECTORS OF THE VIETNAM HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION, THE DIRECTORS OF THE QUALITY CONTROL AND SUPERVISION BUREAU FOR TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS, THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS OF THE PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND THE HEADS OF THE AFFECTED ORGANIZATIONS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
