Pursuant to Decree No. 91/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
Pursuant to Decree No. 203/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 14, 2004 of the Government stipulating the minimum wage;
Pursuant to Decree No. 204/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 14, 2004 of the Government on salary system for officials, civil servants, public employees, and armed forces;
Pursuant to Decree No. 205/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 14, 2004 of the Government stipulating the wage scale and wage system and the allowance regime in state-owned enterprises;
Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 15, 2005 of the Government on adjusting the general minimum wage;
Based on the opinion of the Ministry of Home Affairs on the allowance for occupations or jobs under the natural resources and environment sector as stated in Circular No. 2957/BNV-TL dated October 5, 2005; and the agreement of the Ministry of Finance on issuing the unit price budget for geological works as stated in Circular No. 3565/BTC-HCSN dated March 20, 2006;
At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Geological Survey, the Heads of the Planning and Finance Department, the Organization and Cadre Department, and the Legal Department.

Article 1. The unit price budget for geological works (based on a minimum wage of 350,000 VND/month, excluding depreciation of fixed assets) is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Vietnam Geological Survey, the Heads of the Planning and Finance Department, Science and Technology Department, Organization and Cadre Department, Legal Department, and the Heads of subordinate units related to this matter are responsible for implementing this Decision.
