WHEREAS, THE LAW ON PREVENTION AND COMBAT OF CORRUPTION 2005;
WHEREAS, DECREE NO. 62/2003/NĐ-CP OF JUNE 6, 2003 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE;
WHEREAS, THE ACTION PROGRAM OF THE GOVERNMENT TO IMPLEMENT THE LAW ON PREVENTION AND COMBAT OF CORRUPTION ISSUED WITH DECISION NO. 30/2006/QĐ-TTg OF FEBRUARY 6, 2006 OF THE PRIME MINISTER.
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHIEF INSPECTOR.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE ACTION PROGRAM TO PREVENT AND COMBAT CORRUPTION IN THE JUSTICE SECTOR AND THE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN FOR THE ACTION PROGRAM TO PREVENT AND COMBAT CORRUPTION IN THE JUSTICE SECTOR FOR THE YEAR 2006.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE AND CITY JUSTICE DEPARTMENTS DIRECTLY SUBORDINATED TO THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND CHAIRS OF CIVIL EXECUTION BODIES AT ALL LEVELS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION.
