BASED ON THE LAW ON THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM 1997; THE LAW AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM 2003;
Pursuant to the Law on Credit Organizations 1997; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Credit Organizations 2004;
BASED ON THE ORDINANCE ON THE PROTECTION OF STATE SECRETS NO. 03/2000/PL-UBTVQH10 DATED DECEMBER 28, 2000 OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 33/2002/NĐ-CP DATED MARCH 28, 2002 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ORDINANCE ON THE PROTECTION OF STATE SECRETS;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 52/2003/NĐ-CP DATED MAY 19, 2003 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CIRCULAR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE "REGULATION ON INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SYSTEM SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY IN THE BANKING SECTOR" ACCOMPANYING THIS DECISION.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CIRCULAR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM, THE HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM, THE DIRECTORS OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM BRANCHES IN PROVINCES AND CENTRALLY-GOVERNED CITIES, THE CHAIRMEN OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT, THE GENERAL DIRECTORS (DIRECTORS) OF CREDIT ORGANIZATIONS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
