THE MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES
Pursuant to the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents in 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 161/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Enacting Regulatory Legal Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources;
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Announces the List of regulatory legal documents issued by the Ministry of Aquatic Resources that have ceased to be legally effective, comprising 58 documents (List attached).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office; Heads of Departments, Bureaus, and the Inspectorate of the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
