DECISION
ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE WORK RELATIONSHIP
BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT AND THE GENERAL CONFEDERATION OF LABOR OF VIETNAM

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
BASED ON THE TRADE UNION LAW dated June 30, 1990;
AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE CHAIRMAN'S BOARD OF THE GENERAL CONFEDERATION OF LABOR OF VIETNAM.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE WORK RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT AND THE GENERAL CONFEDERATION OF LABOR OF VIETNAM.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government agencies, and Chairpersons of Provincial People's Committees and Municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government shall be responsible for enforcing this Decision.
