Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents 2002;

Pursuant to Decree No. 161/2005/ND-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 135/2003/ND-CP dated November 14, 2003 of the Government on inspection and handling of legislative regulatory documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/ND-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

At the proposal of the Director of the Planning and Investment Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. Revoke Decision No. 463/2003/QD-BGTVT dated February 21, 2003 of the Minister of Transport regarding the issuance of regulations on the division of responsibilities and levels of management for ODA projects under the Ministry of Transport.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of the Departments under the Ministry, the Directors of the Bureaus under the Ministry, the Chairmen of the Boards of Management of the Vietnam Railway Corporation, the Vietnam Air Corporation, the Vietnam Maritime Corporation, the General Directors of the Project Management Units, the Directors of the Project Management Units, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
