ISSUING THE CURRICULUM FOR LEGAL SUBJECTS TO BE USED IN VOCATIONAL COLLEGES AND VOCATIONAL COLLEGES
THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
WHEREAS Decree No. 186/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labour - Social Welfare and War Invalids;
WHEREAS Decision No. 01/2007/QD-BLDTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labour - Social Welfare and War Invalids on issuing the framework curriculum for intermediate vocational level and higher vocational level;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. THIS DECISION ATTACHES THE CURRICULUM FOR LEGAL SUBJECTS TO BE USED IN VOCATIONAL COLLEGES AND VOCATIONAL COLLEGES FOR TEACHING IN THE INTERMEDIATE VOCATIONAL LEVEL AND HIGHER VOCATIONAL LEVEL COURSES.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE AND SHALL REPLACE Decision No. 1137/2003/QD-BLDTBXH dated September 11, 2003 of the Minister of Labour - Social Welfare and War Invalids on issuing the curriculum for legal subjects to be used in long-term vocational training schools.
Article 3. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, CHAIRS OF PROVINCE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES UNDER THE CENTRAL AUTHORITY, DIRECTORS OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE GENERAL VOCATIONAL TRAINING AGENCY, PRINCIPALS OF VOCATIONAL COLLEGES, PRINCIPALS OF VOCATIONAL COLLEGE LEVELS, PRINCIPALS OF PROFESSIONAL COLLEGE LEVELS, PRINCIPALS OF COLLEGE LEVELS, PRINCIPALS OF UNIVERSITY LEVELS REGISTERED TO PROVIDE VOCATIONAL TRAINING AT THE INTERMEDIATE LEVEL AND HIGHER VOCATIONAL LEVEL, HEADS OF ORGANIZATIONS AND UNITS RELATED TO THIS DECISION ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION.
