DECISION
promulgating National Technical Regulations on the Environment
MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
Pursuant to the guidance of the Prime Minister in Circular No. 2346/VPCP-TCCV dated April 11, 2008 of the Office of the Government regarding permission for certain units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to continue maintaining their organizational structure, operations, and use of existing seals and accounts;
At the proposal of the Director of the Environmental Department and the Director of the Legal Affairs Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To promulgate three National Technical Regulations on the Environment as follows:
1. QCVN 01:2008/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on Industrial Wastewater from Natural Rubber Processing;
2. QCVN 02:2008/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on Emissions from Incineration of Medical Solid Waste;
3. QCVN 03:2008/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on Permissible Limits of Heavy Metals in Soil.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
The Minister, Heads of Ministries and Agencies at the level of a Ministry, Heads of Governmental Agencies, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
