Issuing the Regulation on Inspection and Handling of Legal Normative Documents

MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 187/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 25, 2007 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS;
Pursuant to Decree No. 135/2003/ND-CP dated November 14, 2003 of the Government on inspection and handling of legal normative documents;
At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision promulgates the "Regulation on Inspection and Handling of Legal Normative Documents".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen (15) days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette, replacing Decision No. 01/2007/QD-BBCVT dated January 2, 2007 of the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Inspectors, Department Directors, Bureau Chiefs, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Information and Communications; related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
