REGARDING THE RATING OF NATIONAL HERITAGE SITES

At the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department.

Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Considering Circular No. 93/UBND-VX dated January 8, 2007 of the People's Committee of Ha Tay Province and the heritage site dossier;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Management Department,

DECISION:

Clause 4 of Article 6National Heritage Site Rating:

Architectural Artistic Heritage Site

Xuan Yang Temple

Xuan Yang Commune, Thanh Oai District, Ha Tay Province

The protected area of the heritage site is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas in the dossier.

12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe People's Committees at all levels where the heritage sites are rated under Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the heritage sites within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Management Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tay Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Ha Tay Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
