ISSUING REGIME FOR BUSINESS REPORTING ON PUBLIC TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES OPERATIONS
MINISTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 187/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 25, 2007 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS;
BASED ON THE PRIME MINISTER’S DECISION NO. 74/2006/QĐ-TTg OF APRIL 7, 2006 APPROVING THE PROGRAM ON PROVIDING PUBLIC TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES UNTIL 2010;
TPURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT,
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE REGIME FOR BUSINESS REPORTING ON PUBLIC TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES OPERATIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROGRAM ON PROVIDING PUBLIC TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES UNTIL 2010, WHICH WAS APPROVED BY THE PRIME MINISTER AT DECISION NO. 74/2006/QĐ-TTg OF APRIL 7, 2006.
Article 2. THE REGIME FOR BUSINESS REPORTING ON PUBLIC TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES OPERATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES:
1. TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANIES AND THEIR SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES LOCATED IN LOCALITIES PARTICIPATING IN THE PROVISION OF PUBLIC TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES.
2. INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENTS OF PROVINCES/CITIES WHERE THERE ARE DISTRICTS AND COMMUNES IN THE AREA RECEIVING PUBLIC TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES.
3. VIETNAM UNIVERSAL SERVICE FUND.
Article 3. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT 45 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE.
Article 4. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE; THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT; DIRECTORS OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENTS; CHAIRS OF MANAGEMENT BOARDS, HEADS OF SUPERVISORY BOARDS; DIRECTORS OF THE VIETNAM UNIVERSAL SERVICE FUND; CHAIRS OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS, GENERAL MANAGERS (DIRECTORS) OF TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANIES ENGAGED IN THE PROVISION OF PUBLIC TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES AND HEADS OF RELATED UNITS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
