Issuing National Technical Regulations

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to the Livestock Breed Law dated March 24, 2004;

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby decides as follows:

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE 02 NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS:

1. National technical regulation: Biosecurity conditions for pig farms. Code: QCVN 01 - 14: 2010/BNNPTNT

2. National technical regulation: Biosecurity conditions for poultry farms.

Code: QCVN 01 - 15: 2010/BNNPTNT

Article 2. This Circular takes effect six months from the date of issuance.

Article 3. The Director of the Livestock Service, heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this decision.

During the implementation process, if there are difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study, amendment, and supplementation./.
