CIRCULAR
Issuing National Technical Regulations
on state reserves for lightweight inflatable shelters

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the National Reserve Ordinance;
Pursuant to the Governmental Decree No. 196/2004/NĐ-CP dated December 2, 2004 detailing the implementation of the National Reserve Ordinance;
The Minister of Finance promulgates this Circular amending and supplementing Clause 1, Article 15 and the attached forms of Circular No. 86/2013/TT-BTC dated June 27, 2013 of the Ministry of Finance concerning the application of preferential treatment regimes in customs administration for enterprises meeting the required conditions as follows:
Article 1. This Circular promulgates the National Technical Regulation on state reserves for lightweight inflatable shelters.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect six months from the date of signature and replace Decision No. 72/2008/QĐ-BTC dated September 3, 2008 of the Minister of Finance on the issuance of the National Technical Regulation on national reserves for lightweight inflatable shelters.
Article 3. The Director of the State General Reserve Corporation, heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals related to the management, import, export, and preservation of state reserves of lightweight inflatable shelters are responsible for implementing this Circular.
In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Finance for study and amendment.
