ISSUING TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON SAFETY HELMETS FOR INDUSTRIAL USE
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 186/2007/NĐ-CP OF DECEMBER 25, 2007, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 127/2007/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 1, 2007, PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR SOME PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS;
AFTER REVIEWING THE OPINION OF THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY AT LETTER NO. 3420/BKHCN OF DECEMBER 30, 2011, THE MINISTRY OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS ISSUES THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON SAFETY HELMETS FOR INDUSTRIAL USE, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. PROVISIONS ON TECHNICAL REGULATIONS
1. NAME OF THE REGULATION: NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON SAFETY HELMETS FOR INDUSTRIAL USE.
2. CODE: QCVN: 06/2012/BLDTBXH
Article 2. Effective Date
THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON SAFETY HELMETS FOR INDUSTRIAL USE SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM AUGUST 16, 2012.
Article 3. Implementation Organization
1. THE MINISTRIES, GOVERNMENT-AFFILIATED AGENCIES, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND URBAN CENTERS UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CIRCULAR.
2. IN THE COURSE OF IMPLEMENTATION, ANY DIFFICULTIES SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE MINISTRY OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS FOR CONSIDERATION AND RESOLUTION./.
