REGARDING THE REMOVAL OF PRODUCTS CONTAINING CYPERMETHRIN AND DELTAMETHRIN FROM THE LIST OF PRODUCTS FOR TREATMENT AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENT IN AQUACULTURE; PERMITTED ANIMAL HEALTH MEDICINES IN VIETNAM

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 75/2009/NĐ-CP OF SEPTEMBER 10, 2009 OF THE GOVERNMENT AMENDING ARTICLE 3 OF DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
Based on the Veterinary Ordinance 2004;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 33/2005/NĐ-CP OF MARCH 15, 2005 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE ANIMAL HEALTH ORDINANCE,
THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT REMOVES PRODUCTS CONTAININGCYPERMETHRIN AND DELTAMETHRIN FROM THE LIST OF PRODUCTS FOR TREATMENT AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENT IN AQUACULTURE; PERMITTED ANIMAL HEALTH MEDICINES IN VIETNAM: ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE LIST OF PRODUCTS CONTAINING CYPERMETHRIN AND DELTAMETHRIN REMOVED FROM THE LIST OF PRODUCTS FOR TREATMENT AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENT IN AQUACULTURE; PERMITTED ANIMAL HEALTH MEDICINES IN VIETNAM, INCLUDING 28 PRODUCTS.
Article 1. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FISHERIES, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY’S BUREAUS AND DEPARTMENTS, THE PROVINCE AND CITY DEPARTMENTS OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS INVOLVED IN THE PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION, AND USE OF PRODUCTS FOR TREATMENT AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENT IN AQUACULTURE; PERMITTED ANIMAL HEALTH MEDICINES IN VIETNAM SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR./.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director General of the Fisheries General Department, Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development under the central government, organizations, and individuals related to the production, business operation, and use of products for treating and improving the aquatic farming environment; aquatic veterinary drugs shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
