CIRCULAR

Amending and supplementing Clause 1:2017 QCVN 1:2015/BKHCN National Technical Regulation on gasoline, diesel fuel, and biofuel

concerning gasoline, diesel fuel, and biofuel

BASED ON THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS dated June 29, 2006;

Decree No. 1Decree No. 27/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 20/2013/NĐ-CP dated February 26, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology;

At the proposal of the Director General of the National Standardization, Metrology and Quality Control Department and the Head of the Legal Affairs Department;

The Minister of Science and Technology issues this Circular "Amending and supplementing Clause 1:2017 QCVN 1:2015/BKHCN National Technical Regulation on gasoline, diesel fuel, and biofuel"”

Article 1. Issued together with this Circular "Amending and supplementing Clause 1:2017 QCVN 1:2015/BKHCN National Technical Regulation on gasoline, diesel fuel, and biofuel".

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2017.

Article 3. Gasoline, diesel fuel, and biofuel products produced, imported, and circulated in the market shall comply with the amended Clause 1:2017 QCVN 1:2015/BKHCN National Technical Regulation from November 1, 2017.

Article 4. Organization of Implementation

1. The General Department of Standardization, Metrology, and Quality Control shall be responsible for guiding and organizing the implementation of this Circular.

2. Ministries, agencies at the ministerial level, government agencies, provincial People's Committees, municipal People's Committees under the central government, and related organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.

3. In the course of implementation, if any difficulties arise, the relevant organizations and individuals shall promptly report them in writing to the Ministry of Science and Technology for consideration and resolution./.
