CIRCULAR

Issuing the List of Toponyms for Settlements, Landmarks, Hydrological Features,

and Socio-Economic Elements to Serve the Preparation of Maps of the Mainland Territory of Thai Binh Province

Pursuant to the Law on Surveying and Mapping dated June 14, 2018;

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam National Survey, Mapping and Geographical Information Center and the Head of the Legal Department,

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular to issue the List of Toponyms for Settlements, Landmarks, Hydrological Features, and Socio-Economic Elements to Serve the Preparation of Maps of the Mainland Territory of Thai Binh Province.

Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates the List of Toponyms for Settlements, Landmarks, Hydrological Features, and Socio-Economic Elements to Serve the Preparation of Maps of the Mainland Territory of Thai Binh Province attached hereto.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from July 15, 2019.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-attached agencies, provincial People's Committees and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
