CIRCULAR
ISSUING THE LIST OF SPORT ACTIVITIES REQUIRING INSTRUCTION AND THE LIST OF RISKY SPORT ACTIVITIES
On the basis of Law on Physical Education and Sports and Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law on Physical Education and Sports;
Decree No. Decision No. 36/2019/NĐ-CP dated April 29, 2019 of the Government detailing some provisions of the Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law on Physical Education and Sports;
Decree No. 79/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
At the proposal of the Director-General of the General Department of Physical Training and Sport;
The Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism issues this Circular to promulgate the List of Sport Activities Requiring Instruction and the List of Risky Sport Activities.
Article 1. The List issued together with this Circular
Attached to this Circular are two lists, including:
1. The List of Sport Activities Requiring Instruction;
2. The List of Risky Sport Activities.
Article 2. Responsibility for Implementation
1. The General Department of Physical Education and Sports shall be responsible for guiding and inspecting the implementation of this Circular.
2. Departments of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Departments of Culture and Sports of provinces and centrally-administered cities shall be responsible for organizing the implementation of this Circular.
Article 3. Effectiveness
1. This Circular takes effect from September 1, 2019.
2. In the course of implementation, if any difficulties arise, organizations and individuals are requested to report to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for timely research and resolution./.
