Issued Charter on the organization and operation of the National Science and Technology Innovation Fund

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated June 19, 2015; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Administration dated November 22, 2019;

Pursuant to the Law on Technology Transfer dated June 19, 2017;

Pursuant to the State Budget Law dated June 25, 2015;

Pursuant to the proposal of the Minister of Science and Technology;

The Prime Minister issues this Decision on the Charter on the organization and operation of the National Science and Technology Innovation Fund.

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Charter on the organization and operation of the National Science and Technology Innovation Fund.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from March 15, 2021 and replaces Decision No. 1051/QD-TTg dated July 3, 2013 of the Prime Minister on the Charter on the organization and operation of the National Science and Technology Innovation Fund.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally governed city People's Committees, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
