Issuing the List of Settlement Names, Topographic, Hydrographic, Economic and Social Features
for the Purpose of Establishing the Map of Gia Lai Province
Pursuant to the Law on Surveying and Mapping dated June 14, 2018;
On the basis of Decision No. 36/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM GEODETIC, CARTOGRAPHIC AND GEO-INFORMATION AGENCY AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT;
The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular to issue the List of Settlement Names, Topographic, Hydrographic, Economic and Social Features for the Purpose of Establishing the Map of Gia Lai Province.
Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the List of Settlement Names, Topographic, Hydrographic, Economic and Social Features for the Purpose of Establishing the Map of Gia Lai Province.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from July 15, 2021.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
