PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992;
Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on the Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 51 of the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents,
NOW PROMULGATES:
1. The Ordinance on Bills;
2. The Ordinance on Product Quality.
These have been adopted by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Tenth Session, on December 24, 1999./.
