DECISION OF THE STATE PRESIDENT
On restoring Vietnamese nationality
CHAIRMAN
SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam 1992, as amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the tenth session of the tenth National Assembly;
Pursuant to the Law on Vietnamese Nationality 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Government at the Memorandum No. 187/TTr-CP dated December 9, 2008,
DECISION:
Article 1. Restores Vietnamese nationality for nine persons named in the attached list.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the President's Office, and those persons named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
