Regarding the issuance of the "Admission Regulations for Universities, Colleges, and Vocational High Schools in Regular Programs"

MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/CP dated March 30, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

At the request of the Heads of the University Department and the Vocational Education and Training Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. The Admission Regulations for universities, colleges, and vocational high schools in regular programs are hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature and shall replace Decisions No. 461/QD-TS dated February 11, 1991, No. 311/QD-HSSV dated February 22, 1993, No. 256/GD-ĐT dated January 25, 1994, No. 504/GD-ĐT dated February 2, 1996, No. 688/GD-ĐT dated February 20, 1997, and No. 338/1998/QD-BGD&ĐT dated February 24, 1998, issued by the Minister of Education and Training.

Article 3. Directors of the Office, Director of the Inspectorate of Education, Heads of the University Department, Heads of the Vocational Education and Training Department, Heads of related Departments, Rectors of the National University, Rectors of Thai Nguyen, Da Nang, Hue Universities, Principals of universities, colleges, and vocational high schools, Directors of Provincial Departments of Education and Training are responsible for implementing this Decision.
