Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP and Decree No. 38/CP dated April 28, 1997 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Pursuant to the authorization of the Prime Minister at Document No. 07/CP-ĐMDN dated January 4, 1999 regarding the establishment of the Sports Equipment Production and Trading Company signed by Deputy Prime Minister Ngo Xuan Loc;

Article 1. Establish the Sports Equipment Production and Trading Company based on the reorganization of the Joint Venture Sports Ball Manufacturing Enterprise, which is an independent accounting member enterprise under the Vietnam Rubber Corporation. The Sports Equipment Production and Trading Company shall be entitled to use its own seal and open a transaction account at the Bank in accordance with the regulations of the State. The main office of the Sports Equipment Production and Trading Company is located at:
No. 1/1, Tan Ky-Tan Quy Street, Ward 16, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
The total capital of the Sports Equipment Production and Trading Company at the time of establishment is: 15,176,347,978 Vietnamese dong (ten billion one hundred seventy-six million three hundred forty-seven thousand nine hundred seventy-eight Vietnamese dong).
Article 2. The main business activities of the Sports Equipment Production and Trading Company are as follows:

Article 3. The Board of Directors and General Director of the Vietnam Rubber Corporation are responsible for defining the organizational structure and assigning specific tasks to the Sports Equipment Production and Trading Company so that the enterprise can quickly stabilize its organizational operations and achieve high efficiency in compliance with the law.
Article 4. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Department, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry, the Board of Directors and General Director of the Vietnam Rubber Corporation, the Director of the Joint Venture Sports Equipment Enterprise, and the Director of the Sports Equipment Production and Trading Company are responsible for implementing this decision./.
