CIRCULAR
Amending and supplementing Point 3, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998
Pursuant to Decision No. 276/CT dated July 28, 1992 of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers (now the Prime Minister) on the unified management of various fees and charges, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 guiding the collection system for bridge and road fees managed by the State, and Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 amending and supplementing Point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and Point 3.n, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC.
To align with reality, the Ministry of Finance supplements the provisions at Point 3, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC regarding the objects not subject to bridge and road fees managed by the State for specialized trucks transporting waste and sludge of Urban Environment Companies and Urban Drainage Companies (except when these vehicles transport other goods subject to bridge and road fees).
This Circular takes effect fifteen days from the date of issuance. Other contents not addressed in this Circular shall continue to be implemented according to the provisions of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 and Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance. Any difficulties encountered during implementation should be promptly reported to the Ministry of Finance for study and resolution./.
